Our Expert Leader
Meet the dedicated professional leading our social skills groups
I am a preschool special education teacher with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with an emphasis in autism. I have over 11 years of experience working with young children and families and am deeply committed to supporting early social, communication, and behavioral development.
I am known for my compassionate, patient, and child-centered approach. I prioritize creating a positive, supportive learning environment where children feel safe, understood, and successful. I use a total communication approach and have received formal training in implementing Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) as well as augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices.
I am highly skilled in implementing visual supports, token economies, structured routines, timers, de-escalation strategies, and individualized task modifications to meet the unique needs of each learner. A key focus of my work is helping children progress from parallel play toward more interactive and cooperative play by targeting skills such as turn taking, joint attention, flexible thinking and problem solving.
Little Learners Social Club was created to provide children with meaningful, engaging social learning opportunities while equipping families with practical strategies they can confidently use at home to support continued growth.
